About the Event
This support group is designed to help its members understand the behaviors associated with substance use, learn strategies that can help your loved one want to change and start to change, and begin to practice the self-awareness and self-compassion needed to sustain yourself on this challenging journey.
Come together to learn about CMC: Foundation for Change, discuss the book Beyond Addiction, and share your feelings and experiences with others who understand.
In 15 consecutive weeks we will meet for 75 minutes to connect and learn about important topics like "Behaviors Make Sense, One Size Doesn't Fit All, and Ambivalence is Normal".
