Performed on a floor mat, combining stretches, compression and deep, invigorating pressure points that seek to correct alignment issues and postural imbalances. These techniques work along energy meridians (called sen in Thai). The effect of Thai Massage is greater flexibility, flow of energy, and deep relaxation. Please wear yoga/athletic clothing!
